Summary:
The Associate Director, Member Services is the lead member-facing position on the IRI team. They assist members as needed with a variety of programs and services to promote an optimal member experience; ensuring that everyone is able to extract the full value of their IRI membership. The ideal candidate is a customer obsessed individual who can demonstrate a track record of serving as a tireless champion for our members and a love for developing high-impact experiences that generate deep member loyalty. The position builds upon a developed, successful member orientation and retention program but which will also benefit from someone who can design and deliver exceptional new experiences for members - to continually evolve to what members need and add new services by drawing inspiration from multiple sources.
Specific duties include:
- Oversee all aspects of IRI's member services concierge program via the Innovation Resources, Insights & Solutions (IRIS).
- Serves as an advisor to members, offering tailored recommendations for most appropriate professional development, networking, access to IRI content and events to attend
- Create and supports the peer-to-peer networks for members.
- Conducts check-ins with members to discuss their needs and review membership benefits and to.
- Monthly, virtual, Coffee House events with different levels of innovation leadership (i.e., CTOs, Directors, Emerging Leaders, etc.) to include recruitment of speakers and conversation facilitation.
- Conduct annual surveys measuring member satisfaction and applying results to facilitate change.
- Work with other IRI team members to offer in-person Regional
- Meetings that allow for new levels of participation among members and eliminate their travel costs.
- Manage annual dues process, including but not limited to making dues recommendations to the Board of Directors, distributing invoices, and tracking dues payments.

Qualifications:
- The candidate for this position will ideally have experience in an association dealing with member management requirements;
- 5-7 years' experience in a similar position is desired. Competency with Microsoft Office, database programs, marketing, and web-based systems is preferred;
- Candidate can work on a remote basis.
