SUMMARY This in-office position primarily provides in-person and
remote end-user mobility support, desktop support, and system administration
functions as assigned. Reliability along with strong customer service,
communication, technical, troubleshooting, training, and project management
skills are essential. This position is onsite, headquarters based in
Washington, DC Monday - Friday.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Provide end-user technical support of Windows, Mac, and mobile devices, including supported associated applications, software, and peripherals.
Respond to, create, manage, and escalation of support requests in Fresh service
Assist with support of phone, voicemail, and VOIP systems for NAM headquarters and remote offices.
Oversee maintenance, supply provisioning, and usage for network printers
Creation, Deletion and Maintenance of Active Directory user accounts and groups
Regular maintenance of email distribution groups in Active Directory and Exchange
Support A/V Equipment, teleconferencing, and webinar services for staff meetings
Reimage and deploy machines and assets
Maintain computer hardware and software inventories
Support VPN implementation
Maintain accurate reporting of daily activities in ticketing software
Adherence to licensing policy
Support of Office 365 products
Mitigation of virus and exploits on deployed assets
Support application implementation and system integration efforts
Assist the IT Support Manage as needed

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred
A minimum of 2 years relevant Information Technology/Networking experience
System administration experience a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products, Microsoft Windows, Windows networking components including Exchange, AD, file and print services, and VPN
CompTIA A+ or comparable Microsoft Certified Professional certifications preferred
Familiarity with macOS and iOS
Experience with VOIP systems
Basic understanding of TCP/IP and networking protocols preferred
