Our Member Business Service Specialist will be on the front lines of building and strengthening NAM operational programs, perpetuating excellence through innovative sales support, administration, and project management. Our amazing Member Business Service Specialist will engage with our members, internal sales and marketing teams, and new leads on a daily basis, acting as solution-oriented advocates. They will embody the ability to take the mindset of our customers, and as a result, they will be one of the strongest proponents of NAM growth. As we continue to build our dynamic team of self-starters, we seek teammates who value relationship building, member assurance, and service excellence. As this is a newly established position with NAM, our Member Business Service Specialist will have the opportunity to act as a pioneer and trailblazer within our organization.
Consistently act as an advocate, strategic thinker, and difference maker for non-policy programs.
Identify target growth areas, proactively suggesting and implementing scalable, yet personalized, member solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales correspondence, engaging with marketing-generated leads by phone and email.
Serve as a NAM expert on operational programs for members and prospects.
Research prospects and members for potential interest in operational programs.
Guide the pathway to introductions and demos for qualified leads.
Research members and prospects as leverage for future operational programs, maintaining an accurate database of member engagement, including active users and interested members.
Streamline processes to track status and respond to inquiries from members and prospects.
Collaborate with marketing team to support the creation of contact lists.

4+ years of comparable office, customer support, and/or sales experience.
Strong application of technical skills and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Excellent attention to detail, with an eagerness to explore and execute creative solutions.
Outstanding communication, organizational, time management, and collaboration skills.
Capacity to deliver results within a deadline-driven and goal-oriented environment.
