The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing our domestic, international and internal customers with knowledgeable service and problem resolution. This role is responsible for account management, purchase order fulfillment, and monitoring, sustaining and improving service level requirements. Customer Service Specialist reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
Order processing for high volume customers
Problem resolution for customers and Pharmavite
Monitors and coordinate compliance requirements with cross functional teams
Conduct service level analysis and make recommendation for continuous improvement
The ideal candidate is experienced in working with Pharmavite' s customer base. The incumbent will work calmly and intelligently through high pressure situations. Demonstrates the ability to effectively solve problems and comfortable offering recommendations. You will enjoy working in teams to find improved efficiencies to service our customers. You are highly communicative and proactive.
You'll be most successful in this role if you have:
Demonstrate a sense urgency on problem resolution
Experience working with large retailers and CPG products
Experience in supply chain execution of order fulfillment and service level requirements
Take initiative to lead customer base projects
Experience in building reports, analysis, and presenting recommendations
Effective written and communication skills

In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:
Experience in JDE systems, and EDI transactions
3+ years customer service experience in a consumer packaged company
Knowledgeable in order management for international customers
Intermediate to advanced excel, powerpoint skills
Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in collaborative team environment
Strong organizational skills in order to meet frequent deadlines
